• 2 pre labor visits 1 to go over birth plan/goals discuss and practice comfort techniques with birthing person and partner. 2nd visit reviews birth goals and answer any questions the team may have provide research-based information for any questions or concerns and provides help with postpartum game plan for help during the days and weeks postpartum.
• Continuous support during labor and up to 2 hours after babies’ birth.
• Followed by 2-3 post-partum visits from one day to a few weeks after birth of your baby
This service includes 90-minute massage. With your choice of essential oils and aroma therapy. I will come to your home and we will set intentions for the birth. We will create a sacred container with your baby and call in your ancestors along with other spiritual entities such as angels. I will guide us in a mediation and if you chose, I will also bring some healing instruments. We will use your baby’s song (a song you have picked to play for your baby throughout your pregnancy that your baby will recognize after their birth) which you can sing to them for years to come. I can play this song as your baby comes through you into this world if you wish.
2-1hour Massages in the comfort of your home. One massage per each parent. We all need a little TLC postpartum. New parents rarely get time relax, this is a chance to take care of yourselves for an hour and get a chance to relax in the process.

-I can stay through a feeding to help support you if things are difficult at first. I can also stay and help you set up a free appointment with a trained lactation consultant in your area. I will also provide videos and informational resources to help you get the support you may need. I honor and respect the complexities within the 4th trimester and I am on your support team during this natural transitional period.
